Jeffrey Binder is president and founder of Marble Arch Financial. Throughout his career, Jeff has been involved in excess of $2 billion in commercial real estate financings both at Marble Arch, and in his former capacity as an attorney representing Wall Street investment banks and borrowers at the New York office of Sidley & Austin. Currently he focuses primarily on hospitality.

Jeff has a sophisticated perspective in his representation of borrowers that is informed by his broad experience in commercial real estate finance. He excels at assisting clients in determining the optimal capital structure for their transaction and works tirelessly to procure the necessary capital at the best available terms in the market.

Jeff earned both a BA and JD from the University of Michigan and a MSc in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics. He has served on numerous panels and given presentations on structuring hospitality transactions.
